Beautiful room with great view over the mountains. You can use the full kitchen downstairs which is good if you want to cook your own food. Walking distance to town and hiking trails.

It's a great place! The view is lovely, the room is warm and cozy, the shared kitchen is absolutely huge and super well equipped. The host and workers are so kind, they gifted us fruits, nuts and cake. We had a beautiful stay. Thank you!!!

“Relaxing lovely night at Bala’s”
I liked how quiet and beautiful the area is. The view from my window was just perfect. It’s pretty clean. I went end of September, the room was warm and cozy. There are markets around but the center is 14 min walk. Bala’s is closer to Mikheil Khergiani’s museum where you can climb one of the historical Svan towers.

All is quite good for this price You can reach the host easily through booking.com messages Be aware that the guesthouse is located not in the center of the town, so you might need to walk like 15 min to reach there or have a car, like us - that is why for us it was ok The host who we met in person is very friendly , polite and warmly welcoming - she allowed us to collect the key of the room and put out belongings inside even before the checking-in time

“Cozy stay with breathtaking view”
Bala's House is held by a lovely family. The communication was always friendly and prompt. The location is amazing: breathtaking views, walking proximity to multiple hiking trails (even though sometimes it's better to take advantage of the many drivers offering their services in Mestia). The room looks exactly like in the pictures. There is a kitchen with all the supplies available for guests' use.
