It was perfect place to stay. Warm personal, amazing wievs. The best breakfest ever. Was so happy to stay here.

The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy place. It has amazing views around. It has attentive staff.

We went to ski trip for a week with rented car and this hotel was a perfect choice for us - amazing scenery and views from hotel and very kind and helpful host Ana made our stay a very pleasant and memorable experience. Breakfast was excellent, every day with new and tasty foods. Much recommended.

The hotel is very comfortable - even at -20°C it was warm. It’s very clean and well maintained. The bathroom and toilet are large, and hot water is supplied to the rooms individually. In the room we found an additional electric heater, which we used to dry our ski clothes. It has every comfort you could want in a hotel: slippers, bathrobes, towels, hygiene amenities - and everything was very clean. There is indoor parking, which is very convenient. I will definitely visit this hotel in summer, because it’s the only hotel in Mestia that has an outdoor pool. You can sit comfortably by the fireplace in the lobby, and the bar is right there as well, so you can get a drink and enjoy it by the fire. The breakfast was very tasty - always fresh and varied. As soon as you enter the hotel, you immediately feel how much work has been put into it. Every detail has been thought through and focused on the guest’s comfort and maximum enjoyment. I was pleasantly surprised at first, and then I discovered that the hostess has extensive experience in the tourism industry, which is why everything was carefully planned so the guest feels comfortable. And it wasn’t only her professionalism - she is also a very welcoming, warm person: not hospitable because of “learned management,” but naturally - a genuinely hospitable Svan woman. We left this hotel very happy, satisfied, and well rested <3

“Great deal for relaxation and nature”

The room was spacious and beautiful, and the hotel seems brand new. The swimming pool is great! The breakfast is rich and various, and I really loved that they have so much interesting food items to offer, things I've never tried before. The rooftop terrasse with hammocks is also great for relaxation!

The hotel has stunning views from the terrace. It offers great places to hang out, especially if you’re traveling as a group, like huge terrace and communal balcony, and the outdoor pool in the middle of the hotel. Our room had a nice balcony as well. Rooms are specious and bed was huge. The owner - Anna was very nice and helpful. And one of her friends who gave us the best food advices for the Mestia and made our stay delicious.

We stayed in a double room and it was very comfortable. The terrace has a beautiful view, with the famous mountain peaks. The host is very nice, she can also recommend routes to visit.

A great, newly built place that truly and wonderfully exceeded our expectations. For us it was ideal: located on the outskirts of Mestia (but very close to the airport and a 3 minute drive to the city center), surrounded by breathtaking views, scenery and nature. Trekking trails of all levels of difficulty, length and altitude are all around. The staff is very professional and sincerely tries to do everything in their power (and beyond) to make your stay comfortable. We had a great time there and I cannot recommend this place more for both summer and winter vacations.

My heart was truly touched by the warmth and kindness that radiated from the Annes Hotel. From the moment I stepped through the doors, Mako greeted me with open arms and went out of her way to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The bed linen was as soft as a comforting hug, mirroring the tenderness and compassion of the staff. The people I encountered were like angels, their generosity and care enveloping me in a sense of belonging. Annes Hotel will forever hold a special place in my heart, a haven of love and comfort in a world that can sometimes feel cold and distant.

The hotel is new, all nice and clean. The location is perfect. It is not in the city centre, so it is calm and offers a great view. Staff is very welcoming and responsive. Breakfast was great. Overall, highly recommended to stay here if you are going to Mestia
