Very convenient location for train and bus station, flexible host who prepared our breakfast half an hour early as we had an early departure.

“Great location for access to the railway station and port”

It was very well located just across the road from the railway station on one side and from the port on the other. Although breakfast doesn't start until 8am, if you need to leave early Sergio will give you a voucher for a coffee and a croissant at a bar just around the corner which opens very early. We had a 3-bed room (1 double and 2 singles) which was all we needed for one night, but it was a bit small if you planned to use it as a base for a few days spent in Messina. It was self check-in so you didn't have to arrive by any particular time which suited us.

The place is located right in front the train station. It was clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good and full of varieties for everyone. The staff were very responsive. Self check in was seamless and straight forward.

It’s a typical Italian DIY B&B. The owner turns up once a day to set up breakfast. It was a stone’s throw from the station. The room was quite new and had a balcony where you could sea the sea. Breakfast included boiled eggs and some savoury food.

Great location with good security. Easy to access restaurants and bars , within walking distance. So convenient for the railway station. Decor is very well done. The rooms were quiet and extremely welcoming. The hosts have done a great job. Would readily book this place again.

There is nothing that I did not like about this bed-and-breakfast. Conveniently located 100 m from the train station, super secure, very clean, and great hot water in the shower, beds were very comfortable, and I'm quite picky. A really good breakfast with a lot to choose from. Sergio was super organised and a great communicator. All the information that you needed was provided. He was very accommodating. I was able to get into the room at 11 in the morning when I arrived in Messina, and if I needed to store my luggage, he was happy to do that. I cannot recommend this place enough if you're looking for a bed-and-breakfast in Messina

“Perfect for an early morning ferry”

They have made the property beautiful and comfortable despite the not great location. Very close to the ferry terminal which is why we booked it. Owner helpful Room facilities were great.

Everything was exceptional ,the room was ready when we arrived at about 11 in the morning Everything was practically brand new and Immaculately clean .The host sent instructions on how to enter the property which was easy enough .The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of choice ,again the breakfast room was spotless the host replenishing the food if anything ran out would defintly recommend staying here also got good recommendations for excursions

A modern, clean apartment. 3 minutes walk from the train station and 1 minute walk to the bus station and to the Flexi bus bus stop. Sergio is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that the apartment was excellent and more than what we expected. I like the variety of fruit juice, yogart and bread.
