We reserved two rooms. The location was convenient and within walking distance of the train station and close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The accomodation was very clean and the host was very pleasant and helpful - providing a map and suggestions for restaurants. We were met upon arrival which was good. There were shops and cafes close by. The rooms were well-furnished, attractive, quiet and spacious. The accomodation had a large, well-equipped kitchen in which to make coffee and tea and/or to have breakfast etc.

“It was convenient as a short stopover and one day explore of Messina before moving on to other Sicilian experiences.”
Handy to central train station, easy walk to central area and historical sites. Host was pleasant. Rooms are ground floor level (accessible).

“If I was in the town, I would book it again.”
Clean, nice room, roomy and clean bathroom, very close to the train and bus station. Bed was comfortable. I did not use the kitchen, but it was very nice and clean as well.

My flight to Catania got delayed because of which i missed my bus and since it was subday the flow of buses was also not frequent and i reached Messina around 1 AM . The host was very kind and sweet and still came to bnb to help me check in. Throughout my stay, whenever i needed something he responded very quickly or came over to help me out. Very kind and nice. The cleaning was 10/10 . It is in the centre so easy to get around in the city but bnb itself doesnt have a view or anything. The main bus stop is 5 mins walk away so you can take the bus to anywhere.

Really welcoming family, the room was really clean and the bed comfortable. You can walk from the property to any location within Messina so the location is great with loads of space to work in front of the B&B
