“Despite the comfortable bed, this was disappointing.”
Bed was very comfortable, (best feature) actually superior to the one @ Hilton Garden Inn. Pillows and linens were better than average in its class. The gentleman behind the desk was very nice, and helpful.

“I didn’t get to stay , because you have not updated your hotels rules and amenities.”
I did not get to stay in this motel after driving 1000 miles from Massachusetts because the hotel is listed as having a open pool and that they except pets . They don’t have a pool and do not let pets .

“My granddaughters and their children were in a room that didn't have deadbolts on door. Someone got”
Got sick from yogart No deadbolt on room. Someone came into room in middle of night. Cob webbs on ceiling. Filthy carpet. Toilet ran all night. 3 small pillows for king sized bed. Remote control missing batteries.Pool condemned by health dept.
