“Fantastic location.”
The location is fantastic. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the ski slopes. Shops are just opposite. Lots of restaurants near by.

On Booking I paid for a specific room: 95 sqm, huge double-height panoramic windows, mountain view. That’s exactly why the price was high. What I actually got at check-in was a completely different room: around 68 sqm, small windows, and a view straight into other windows. Not even close. When I complained, the hotel hid behind the usual excuse: “You booked a category, not a specific room.” Then explain why Booking shows photos of the BEST room, clearly designed to make people pay more. This looks like a deliberate scheme: advertise a premium room, charge a premium price, and once the guest arrives, quietly downgrade them to a much worse unit, hoping they won’t fight it. This is not a mistake. Not overbooking. Not a “technical detail.” It’s misleading and dishonest. If you care about getting what you actually pay for — be very careful with this hotel. Reality may have nothing to do with the listing.

“Excellent stay with great facilities and close to the heart of Meribel.”
Internal signage was a little confusing as the complex covers 2 buildings. Once we got used to it, it was fine.
