Reception let us check in early. Which was really helpful after an all night drive.

“I feel scammed”

We did not receive the apartment with a double-bedroom that we had booked. Instead, we were given an apartment without a bedroom, with bunk beds and a sofa bed. When we complained the following morning, we were told that the reserved apartment was not available, but that they would refund us the price difference between the apartments. After a month of back-and-forth emails in which they confirmed that the refund had been approved, we still have not received the money and they have stopped responding to our emails. I find this absolutely disgraceful.

“Never Again”

Regarding the apartment it’s location everything otherwise was fundamentally disgraceful and not as advertised we only stayed one of the two nights we booked with you, as it was horrendous.

The location is special, with a gorgeous view and at the same time a lift that leaves you from the ski area back to the room easily. The area to the left the skis is also convenient.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to the ski shops and the village. It is also very close to the ski lift. The room had a Mountain View which was very pretty.

Excellent position for ski in and out and good access to the whole of the 3 vallees region. Apartment contained everything we needed. Ski school adjoining and small supermarket on the next block. Centre of Mottaret with restaurants and takeaway food in very easy walking distance.

Lay out of apartments is good. Good size (for 1 or 2). Good heating.
