“Amazing stay at a great location”
Everything is there. Very complete inventory and the host responded fast when we needed something. The view wasn’t the Mountain View as in the pictures and although it was still nice in summer, I think in winter I would not like to be the view people have from the ski lift that passes right next to the apartment. This lift was not operational in summer though so it didn’t bother us.

“Good Apartment”
The apartment is not managed by the Résidence l'Hévana, it is managed by external company. During our trip, the highway was closed and we were late and stayed overnight and despite the late hour, the host welcomed us. The apartment has very good conditions for a family - we are two adults with a 10-year-old child. Everything is within walking distance and excellent for a ski vacation.

“Cramped conditions”
We were given the wrong apartment. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were given a 1 bedroom apartment. Booking.com customer service was horrendous to deal with. We are still trying to get an explanation as to how this happened.
