beautiful conversion from a 500 yr old building, keeping the very old features ( protected) , combined with a modern twist. Fantastic breakfast!

We had a wonderful stay at the b&b&b: the place is a magnificent old building renovated with taste but keeping the old charme, the service Is impeccable, Borisz and family are great hosts who made the utmost to provide us with the warmest welcome 🤗 and the position is perfect for the city center, in the beautiful Via Portici and close to all the city's attractions. We will surely come back when in Merano!

The location is fantastic right in the center of Meran. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is so unusual and amazing. The breakfast is fantastic as is the food in the restaurant. Really fantastic place to stay

“Wonderful, almost fairytale hotel in the heart of Merano. It was brilliant.”
If you like quirky this is for you. Lovely Boris explained that the building had been a house and a pub and that when his parents bought the property they decided not to pull it apart and modernise it. So what you end up with is a mix of old rickety staircases and floorboards and modern stylish bathrooms etc. It really works so well and the Boris, Mauritz and the rest of the gang were lovely. Oh and the food and wine was fabulous.

The hotel has really retained its charm, it has so many original features and oozes history! Our room consisted of two bedrooms and the bathroom which worked so well with our toddler. We were able to eat dinner in our room without disturbing him which was fab!
