Excellent location. The beach is just 50 meters away and never crowded — we saw the same 8–10 people there every morning. Pervolia village is less than 1 km away, making for a pleasant afternoon walk, especially for dinner. The house is fully equipped and very convenient for a family, especially if you cook a lot at home. The washing machine is a big plus when traveling with children! We had a car, which is essential for reaching grocery stores and visiting must-see spots in Larnaka. We were happy to avoid busy beaches and loud neighbours!

Based on the reviews on booking.com, it seems to be a nice place to stay in Cyprus, really close to the sea and the airport. In the beginning, there was no problem with communication with Andreas concerning the arrival and finding the keys, etc. However, later it went not well. Right after entering the building, we smelled mold in the kitchen, after opening the bottom of the kitchen, it was much worse, even the cookware and dishes were moldy. Moreover, the second day after coming back from the trip we found several living cockroaches! in the house, but also one dead covered with dust underneath the wardrobe in the children´s room that has to be there for a long time! After finding another living one in the morning, we immediately contacted Andreas, let him know all these problems, and decided to leave the house as we didn't want to spoil our holidays in Cyprus completely. Later we contacted booking.com for help and based on their advice we asked for compensation as we had to find another accommodation in Cyprus for 7 more nights, after long negotiations we got much less than half of the price back.

Great location, very well equipped — not new, but everything one might need is there and everything is in working order. The host is very helpful, friendly and easy to communicate to.
