It was nice to enjoy the amenities and atmosphere of a hotel with such a longstanding reputation and polished feel. Our room and bathroom were exceptionally spacious, with a very comfortable layout and plenty of room to relax after long days out enjoying the wineries and city. The staff throughout the hotel were impeccably presented, attentive, welcoming and consistently polite. Every interaction felt genuinely warm and professional, and they were always happy to help with recommendations or requests. One particularly worthwhile feature is the wine shop within the hotel — the discounts available made it excellent value, and it’s well worth purchasing wines there before leaving Mendoza.

Its such a lovely located hotel. The rooms are pretty straightforward. They were really nice to us. The bathroom is the same size as the bedroom! All up I liked this place. My family of 3 could have probably lived in the large space. The market outside in the square was such a good bonus. The gluten free breakfast was notably good. I love them for this

The hotel is really well located, right in the city center with lots of shops and great restaurants around. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty, served in a nice space. The service is fantastic. All the staff are super polite and attentive. We used the concierge to book winery tours and restaurant lunches, and everything went perfectly. Gabriela was especially wonderful. I’m not giving it a full 10 just because the furniture could use an update — but honestly, that’s a minor detail compared to everything the hotel does so well.

I had an unbelievably bad experience with the staff at Hyatt. my girlfriend was pickpocketed at the casino which is in the same building. the staff first refused to call the police - we insisted. then they refused to show to us or to the policemen the recordings from the cameras from the casino. later they said that “looks like the one who took her phone was me”. since we found out that the phone was missing before we went upstairs to our room we asked to see the cameras from the hotel that followed our way from the casino to the lift. they said it would take them 3-4 hours (quote: “we will do it by 7am” when it was 3 already). of course no one ever went back to us with any update. the next day I asked at the reception if they have any news or can somehow help - nothing. also I asked to talk to someone from the management team - zero reaction here. special awards for hospitality go to Mayra (the chief administrator of the shift, as I understood) who literally said “that’s Latin America, what do you expect?” and Francisco, who was totally useless to bring my request to the management. we did get our phone back totally by ourselves, but the staff was absolutely unfriendly and unhelpful.
