“Just perfect”

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff, and the free was made it even more fantastic, good breakfast, would definitely recommend if staying in the area, Hotel close to many amazing bars and restaurants.

“Great Hotel”

Booked at last minute and we struck lucky. Everything about our stay was excellent, friendly staff, lovely clean modern room. Breakfast included and you walk into the Sheraton hotel ( all adjoined, 3 hotels in one) would recommend .

“Mendoza”

Beautiful hotel, very modern and stylish, united with two other hotels in one area. We were able to use the Sheraton swimming pool facilities. There is a winery downstairs with unlimited wine tasting during the day.

We wanted to leave a good review about the hotel, but one thing ruined everything. We were asked to leave a deposit for our stay, which was more than the actual cost of the stay, and were promised a refund within 2-4 days after check-out. Ultimately, the money was never returned to our card. When we contacted the bank, they asked for a confirmation code that the hotel was supposed to send us. When we contacted the hotel to request the code, they initially told us they couldn't provide us with such a code and stopped responding to further messages. As a result, we have to wait 30 days for a refund instead of 4.

Very noisy. Windows do not keep the noise out.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable, and the shower was fantastic, exactly what you want after a long day of travel.

A little noisy. The garden bar stays open until around 2am and the music and conversation can be heard quite loudly in the rooms overlooking the bar

Staff where all friendly and helpful without having to ask There was a winery on site. They offered free wine in lobby from 0800 to 2000. What a treat. Another bonus was being connected to another Hilton next door and a Sheraton Hotel with a casino. All the amenities from all three where available to Hualta guests. Sheraton had a pool table on their bar.

Reception staff very welcoming. Location was good. Idea of free wine 8am-8pm was interesting as was winery in the cellar (though noisy when bottling).

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Great cleaning team. Hotel next door to larger Sheraton so can use their facilities. Restaurant served well cooked tasty steaks with an extensive wine list. Close to main plaza and supermarket 2 minutes away. The free wine was a treat at end of day ( or if you want from 8am! to 8pm) - so popular they often ran out of glasses. Would stay again.

Amazing facilities, comfortable rooms, clean. You can use the gym in the next door hotel, very well equipped. Spacious rooms.

Location is ideal. Near the centre but not noisy. Also the owners have three Hotels in a row including Sheraton which interconnect so nice to be able to easily use facilities of all three. that said the Hilton was rather cool with outside seating and own wine barrel room & store to visit. Then there’s the Unlimited Wine wrist bands!!!!
