This family-run hotel is situated in the heart of France near the Tarn Gorges, the National Park of Cevennes and the Aubrac region. It features a spa center offering massages and beauty treatments, an indoor swimming pool heated at 28 degrees and sauna. The Originals Boutique, Hôtel du Pont Roupt, Mende (Inter-Hotel) has 25 rooms which are all fitted with shower or bath, private WC, direct telephone, flat-screen television and mini-bar. the hotel offers boards and spreads at our wine bar, jars and a partnership with a restaurant close to the hotel for stopover evenings. For events or group meals the hotel uses a caterer The hotel's rooms are serviced by a lift. Free WiFi and free public parking are also available. Aqua bike and aqua gym lessons are available with an extra cost and upon prior reservation (except in July and August).

“Dissatisfaction”
On entering the room. It was impressive. Unfortunately there was blood on the sheet in the bed. Asked to change. Given another room half the size no shower. We actually paid for a superior room. Changed rooms again. Still small. Toilet sisters was faulty. Our options had run out. Even offered to change the sheets ourselves in room 1 as there was no one to do it. No spare sheets available. Very disappointed. Was not even offered a refund for a downgrade.

“Wouldn’t stay there again”
Nothing really. Staff very pleasant. Whole property looked very run down and shabby. Dirty fake grass littered with broken garden furniture

Lovely picturesque location next to the river only 5 minutes walk from city centre. Small car park but ideal for motorbikes. Very comfortable beds with en-suite tv and even a coffee machine in the rooms. Nice breakfast with friendly helpful staff. Indoor swimming pool.

I had to stay because of the road conditions there for one night. There was only one other occupied, but the general manager was available even at midnight when I had some trouble with the A/C-heater combination. The windows had shutters and were Sound-Proof.

All staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English, saving my blushes at very poor French! The food was great value and simply excellent quality. The bed was HUGE and extremely comfortable and the remote controlled exterior window blinds blacked out the room and kept the sometimes busy road noise nearby out, as well as the sun on how days

“Small room, bathroom not in good condition”
The size of the room was so small we could not open our suitcase other place than on the bed (not very hygienic). Roof of the bathroom was not correct.
