The owners did pick me up at the airport and took me to the airport, free of charge. I could enter the apartment at about 14 hours and the check-in time was 16 hours. On arrival, the owners did present me the apartment, the house rules, the way to adapt the heating system to my needs and so on, witch did make my staying very comfortable. In the kitchen there was a file with all the house rules and a lot of practical information, like were to have breakfast. There were lots of prospects with suggestions about what to do and how to do it. The WIFI was very good and free of charge. The owners of the the apartment are very special kind and helpful.

We had a fantastic time. We felt at home. Karin is an amazing woman who welcomed us warmly and gave us a lot of useful information about places to visit, restaurants, etc. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is extremely cozy. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay to this apartment, the apartment is equipped with all what we need. Location is pretty near to the city center. The owner is friendly and very helpful- we get a lot of recommendations from restaurants and to which activities, tour we can do to their place. We will truly come back on summer.

Cozy house, modern kitchen with great coffee, fantastic POOL with tempered water, washing machine and dryer. Supermarket is nearby. There are bikes, tampolin, toys etc for the kids. First of all, I have to say that the hosts are one of the best people we’ve met! So kind and helpful. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, spacious, modern and clean, in a very quiet neighborhood which we really liked. We’ll definitely be back!

This is our second time staying here. The location is close to the airport, but planes do not interfere. The center of Memmingen is 15 minutes on foot. There is somewhere to leave the car. The room has everything and even more.. I really liked the pool. Convenient location for trips around Bavaria and Baden-Wütemburg. If you don’t know what to do, Karin will tell you. Karin is the best hotel owner I have ever met!

Where do I start? For a start Karin is the sweetest person ever and nothing was too much for her. The apartment had literally anything and everything for the perfect stay from comfy beds to little clips to keep our bread fresh! It was clean and spacious with a touch of love and care in every detail. It was like a home from home in every way. It was our first time in Germany and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience to introduce us to the country. A huge huge thanks and we cannot wait to stay again.

Best holiday apartment I ever stayed at. Not only do they have a pool and garden but Karin Henninger nearly makes you feel at home. She thought of everything you might need. Even a high end DeLonghi coffee maker was waiting for me.
