“Fantastic villa in a great location”

The house was fantastic, great location in a quiet area, with easy walk to the beach. The company who look after the property were really quick to respond and very helpful.

Big, but quiet, complex surrounding a large pool. Plenty of space in the property and particularly liked having 3 floors - 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms downstairs and kitchen/living area in between. It was well equipped and mainly clean and tidy.Owners very responsive if we had any queries.

Great Location and property. Close to beach, Restaurant and 5 min drive to Maspalomas and attractions like Faro , Dunas de Maspalomas.

Amazing accommodation. Five adults and a baby So spacious and immaculately clean. Very well equipped Lovely outside area with seating and small pool Larger pool with sunbeds available too. Communication from booking to stay was great. Location was lovely Could see the sea from our balcony Not far from beach or supermarket And a nice promenade with shops and restaurants . Would definitely return.

Location was great for us. Quiet but within walking distance or short plentiful taxi drive away. Good to have cars but not essential. Villas were functional and clean but a little worn

“Very Roomy Villa for 7 Cyclists”

Space in the house is very good, 7of us stayed here for a cycling trip. Very close to a supermercado for food and drinks. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, and there are several layers of bed clothing depending on If its cool or hot. 3 bathrooms / toilets is great to have for so many guests. Private pool is lovely every afternoon. Grounds are safe and quiet, there are no late night noises and drunk people coming home at 4am :-) Having some washing liquid, dishwasher capsules , kitchen towels and bin bags was so helpful to have in arrival. The wine gift was also a nice touch

Villa 180 was a great size villa for 6 to 8 people with open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Well equipped kitchen Lots of areas to sit outside: balcony, terraces, gardens. Small pool with 4 sunbeds 2 basement bedrooms (no view) 2 first floor bedrooms, one with balcony and views of the sea Right behind the villa are super communal use pools Good supermarket within walking distance Taxi to Maspalomas only 4.5euro To Playa del Ingles 10euro And readily available outside the hotel across the road from the complex

The house was very nice and spacious, equipped with everything needed for our stay. Host is very communicative, helpful and reacts rapidly on unexpected problems (ie. our induction hob got broken but new one was mounted on the very next day). Very nice surrounding with 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi. Highly recommended!!

“I would not go back to Melonaras or Maspolomas.”

We stayed in a self catering house and there was a really good supermarket Mercadona, 10 minutes walk away.

“Superb villa”

Very spacious villa, 8 persons could easily fit in. We were 2 families, each had its floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Sea view from the balcony. Ground floor is ventilated therefore the air was always fresh. Kids playground is part of the complex. Location is good, close to the beach - 5 min walk. Very close to the highway and to a large supermarket. Parking not a problem, there was always a space on the street. I highly recommend the villa.

Unexpectedly quiet location. Amazing pool. There is a lot of room in the house. Very good value for the money.

The location is relatively good, not too far from the beach and from the nearest supermarket. Everything was clean, The house is equiped with everything you can need.

“Get it for the pool!”

The pool in our backyard! It was the only unit we saw with a pool, and it was so nice cooling down there. It was a lot bigger than what we expected. It fitted 8 people very comfortably!
