“True hospitality in a beautiful, traditional apartment”
Not wishing to sound old-fashioned, but Lo Stemma is a B&B like you don't see often anymore in Italy. No 'self-service', but true hospitality! Already beforehand, the communication had been very easygoing. At arrival, the host was there to pick me up from the station, welcome me in person and show me the premises. The apartment is located in the very center of town, in a beautiful old building with a traditional courtyard. Inside, everything is spick & span. The kitchen is fully equipped with really good utensils. Great shower. Perfect matrass. The apartment is spacious, light and quiet. Excellent value for money.

The apartment is large and very well located near the castle and the cathedral. It has all the needed facilities, but beyond all I would like to point out the outstanding care Giorgio gave us. He waited for us in the parking lot, then went back to his home to bring extra linen , booked a wonderful restaurant for us, and kept in touch for everything we needed. Thank you Giorgio.

Lovely apartment with everything you need (even more) in a historical house right in the center of Melfi. Public parking is close by. Giorgio is an absolutely dedicated host. He met us in person at the parking lot, led us to the apartment and gave us plenty of information.

The flat is really cosy and pretty and you feel comfortable in it. It is located in the city centre. Giorgio, the owner, is really nice and provides you with all the information and tips you need to have a great experience in Melfi. He came to collect me at the train station and explained clearly all the flat features. I would highly recommend this place.

Lo Stemma is a large, very high quality apartment, fitted to a new, modern standard but part of a 200 year old property with tonnes of character and historic features. Giorgio is the perfect host, he contacted us a couple of days earlier, met us on arrival and explained the apartment and location in detail. We were provided with drinks in the fridge, ingredients to cook and snacks - all unexpected but very appreciated. Thank you for a fantastic stay - we'd thoroughly recommend the accommodation and location.
