“Deadfall customer service. Avoid.”
Mould in the bathroom. Unsafe electrics. At the time of booking facilities were described as including a washing machine. After I arrived I was advised laundry facilities were actually shared, with a number of other apartments in the building. The facilities were disgusting, and required 4x $1 coins to operate each of the washing and drying facilities. I couldn’t access the property when I arrived, as the access code didn’t work. I’d flagged there was a problem before I’d arrived - why would the lock be left set at 0000 if that was the entry code?

“Great basic apparentment in the heart of Fitzroy”
I stayed here for just under 2 months. The apartment was exactly what I was looking for and it’s a perfect base in the very cool neighbourhood of Fitzroy (and extremely close to the CBD / central parks). Don’t be put off by negative reviews on here, you’re getting what is advertised, a basic apartment. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a base to work/explore Melbourne

“Perfect place for visiting Melbourne!”
Nice place to discover Melbourne! The area nearby is totally terrific, with many shops and beautiful food spots!!! Close to public transports and facilities!
