“Never Again”

There was no power for the entire stay and the staff at Madecompfy in charge of this property did nothing to help. The key pickup was delayed by 2 hours without warning. Pathetic and appalling service and still 2 months later they can’t resolve our complaint.

Flat was really nice, well equipped, tidy and in a great location and bed and pillows great.

Excellent location, supermarket next door, very clean, tidy and has everything I needed for a comfy stay.

Getting into the appartment was not so comfy. There was a locker box arranged because of our arrival in the night but sadly the details were not shared with us before arrival. I had to make several phonecalls to get the instructions for the lockerbox. Not a good start and stressfull after almost a day flying from Amsterdam to Melbourne. The appartment is nice and very clean, with plenty of storage room. The kitchen is well equiped and we cooked several diners and lunches. Bedroom and bathroom are also fine. Nice spacy shower with shampoo and shower gel. Trendy furniture .Couch is nice for the eye but the cushions move from under you when you sit on them. View over Melbourne is great. Window in the bedroom can be opened and we did that to get some fresh air in. You also can enter the balcony to enjoy the views. Sitting there is not so attractive due to the noise from the street traffic and building activities in front and next to the building. Builders are active 6 days a week working on creating high rise buildings. Leaving the slidedoor to the balcony openend while we where in the appartment was undoable. Too much noise but with the door and window closed it was ok. Location ot he appartment was good. 35 Min walk to the city centre, 20 min to Port Melbourne and 40 min to the Albert Park Circuit for the F1 race. Supermarket is next door with 90 mins free parking which we used at our departure. We could go for a swim after filling out a form at the reception of the building. We enjoyed several good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Up on leaving we where kindly asked to drop of the keys somewhere else. Unfortunately the address provided was not correct. Would have been easier just to give the correct number and tell us to deliver the key inside the shop at the counter. We spent a week in the appartment and had a good time.

The apartment was really nice, comfy and clean and in a good location for me.

The sauna and pool facilities were fantastic. Towels and linen were provided and nice and soft. We could see the fireworks display from our room. Key pick up was easy with the clear instructions provided.

The trip cross the town to pick up the keys and return them for check-in/out, carrying all my luggages Nice photos about the pool and gym because there is no other way to actually see them in reality Well trained customer service that will do absolutely nothing but sorry about that
