From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the stunning views, beautiful facilities, and the overall atmosphere. Waking up and going to sleep surrounded by the sparkling city lights was something truly special. One of my favourite moments was relaxing in the bath overlooking the Melbourne skyline. It was the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and simply appreciate the moment. The apartment was modern, comfortable, immaculately presented, and had everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was also fantastic, with so many restaurants, attractions, and beautiful places to explore just a short walk away. This trip gave me the opportunity to recharge, make memories, celebrate my birthday, and spend quality time with amazing people. Thank you for helping create such a memorable experience. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend 70 Southbank Boulevard to anyone looking for a luxurious city escape. ❤️

Despite living in Melbourne, we booked this property for a weekend getaway, mainly for the heated pool and gym. However, access required an induction session only available on Monday or Tuesday — completely useless for a weekend stay. This important detail was not clearly mentioned in the listing. When I asked for a refund, it was denied, despite the misleading information. Even the property manager struggled to locate where this was explained. We paid a premium for facilities we couldn’t use, and our kids were very disappointed. We ended up checking out early on Sunday. A frustrating and disappointing experience.

Views are amazing day and night. Location invisible, we walked everywhere from the apartment. The walk to St. Kilda through Albert Park was a highlight and of course Southbank and the city are on your doorstep.

Spacious and well-appointed apartment with stunning views. Excellent amenities, including a butler’s pantry. The bathrooms were stocked with shower gel and shampoo, and there was ample cupboard space throughout. The kitchen was both attractive and highly functional.
