Every thing about it! It's a lovely little bungalow! I love that it had split system in lounge and the 2bdrms and tv in each also. Joseph, the host, has gone above and beyond with all the lovely little touches, like everything one could want/need, in both bathroom and kitchen. Thank you king sir!

Well equipped surprisingly spacious accomodation in a lovely area, not too far from Brighton & Sandringham. Host had taken particular care to make it as welcoming as possible.

Very tidy and lovely property, equipped with everything we needed, and the location was great for our needs. Also, close to supermarket which was handy, and within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Joe is a great host and there if you need him. He maintained regular contact with us during our stay. We had a great stay! Highly recommend!

The Property was a great size, very clean, well stocked and the location was nice and quiet but still in walking distance from a train station to the city (or a short Uber for us also). The owner was very helpful when there was an issue with booking.com not sending through the checking in instructions.

Cute place, on a quiet street but within walking distrance of local shops and cafes. Whilst we were not there much as spent time with local friends, the facilities were good, extra little touches etc you don't find in other places. Would not hesitate to stay again.
