“Overpriced and no pool access”
We inquired if we could be reimbursed some of the cost for our stay. The bed sheets looked like they were just redone and the door didn't lock. We had expected the pool to be available to us but we had no access and found out at about 4pm you had to have an induction before we could use it and we did not get any induction or access to the pool. We had made several calls to the person looking after the apartment and building management team who said someone would come but never did. Our daughter was super disappointed as we were hoping to have enjoyed our Australia day on a 40 degree day in the water but instead had to remain inside. I would recommend in future you make this information available to customers so they know the cost for the accomodation does not include a pool as that was the only reason we stayed at North Elm on our way through Melbourne. Appreciate if you would kindly provide us some reimbursement on a $500 apartment for one night which did not include a pool stay. Definitely not worth the price.
