“The ‘not so cosy nest’ delivered eventually!”
The location is brilliant with easy access to all the best spots in the local area. It’s a secure building ideal for the solo traveller. After a number of calls, problems with the space were addressed, but it was disappointing that the standard I experienced the first time I stayed, fell significantly short of expectation.

“Clean and neat little place with everything you need, comfy bed, great location, quiet and secure.”
Lovely, clean & comfortable little unit on 1st floor (lift & stairwell). Loved the kitchen with everything you need to cook, make brekky etc. Comfy bed. Quiet. Secure (fob key for entry in to the building, and key for the unit door). There were board games, books, spare blankets, towels etc. Fantastic location. Beautiful old building outside, modern inside. Loved that there were 2 entrances, one from Nicholson Street and the other, Royal Lane. Easy access to public transport with trams on Nicholson or Gertrude Streets. Exhibition Building, Museum & parks across the road. Brunswick & Smith Streets close by. Would definitely stay again.

The small studio apartment was centrally located opposite the museum and Carlton Park which is beautiful. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
