The location is A+, little park across the road, a quiet and safe location. Cute double story terrace, clean and comfy. Has more than enough to make the stay perfect. Excellent place for kids (if they can handle the staircase), terrace has games for kids and cute little room. The host goes over and above, communication is on point.

The property is clean and comfy. As we arriving at late night, the host prepared some foods for us (what a kind gesture). Plenty of parking around. Huge compound for some outdoor activity like BBQ/ etc. Nice kitchen facility that we look it a lot.

We have had a wonderful stay here, it has been perfect. Very close for us to travel where we need to go, most likely be back next year. Other than that we can not complain about location, property, communication and homely comforts. A stay that has created wonderful memories for my children and family.

“Great short stay for Racecourse events”

Perfect location, a short walk to supermarkets, the pub, food and Flemington Racecourse. House was really well kept, great beds, plenty of cutlery, plates, condiments etc. BBQ was a bonus too. Sharlene and her husband were quick to respond with any enquiries and happy to help with requests. Check in was extremely easy. We'll be back for sure.

Great house in Flemington, and walking distance to Racecourse Road where there's a Tram stop and there are heaps of amazing restaurants, two pubs and supermarkets. The house is very well equipped, with everything a family would need. This terrace house was ideal our family of five: Mum, Dad, two kids and one Grand parent.

Sharlene and Thomas are a great host! The apartment is exactly the same as description, and even more. It has all the home facilities for a small family especially with kids since there is an open park fronting the house. The private parking is so convenient. This home is close to Melbourne city and several convenient stores and restaurant just around the corner. We love this place and hope to return here someday.
