“A lovely peaceful place”

This apartment has the most amazing outlook onto a lake. It's a couple of miles of flat easy walking to go round the lake, and there is often wildlife to see. There is a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. It's really quiet even when there's an event at Flemington Race Course and I didn't hear anything from the neighbouring apartments. There are a couple of cafes and a restaurant just across the way, and a supermarket nearby, though it's up a steep hill. There is public transport available and plenty of Ubers.

The apartment is very nice, with a perfect view from the balcony. If you rent or have a car, it’s easy to get into the city. Even without a car, you can use the bus, tram, or train and reach the city in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

The host was rude. Prior to the date of checking in, the host had reached out asking for us to re-book his property through another service as ‘booking.com charge him too much in fees’. Upon checking he made us feel quite uncomfortable with his welcome, insinuating we would be bad short term tenants and would make him look bad. This seemed to be the host projecting the risk of short term leasing in a majority, privately owned complex. We asked for him to cancel our booking and we would book elsewhere but he refused as it would cost him money to cancel. I would not recommend booking this property.

Paul is a great host. Very good and quiet location. Spacious and safe apartment. Very clean and with a great view. Comfortable and furnished with everything you need including a private carpark. Highly recommended

The location was perfect for us. First is a river front apartment whichhas open ,and clear view to the water:where-) Second, it is close to where our son lives which is the main purpose of our visit this time:-)

Location and views were amazing. Great to have the supermarket and cafes at our doorstep. Owners were super helpful in suggesting restaurants and local spots to check out. We came for F1, transport via uber or trams and buses was pretty easy to sort. Awesome value for money. Loved it and will get back again.

The apartment is decorated very tastefully and the view is spectacular. We also appreciated the cleanliness and the well equipped kitchen including a real coffee machine.
