Excellent location about a 10-minute easy walk to the Melbourne Park Tennis complex, you can see the Rod Laver Arena from the lounge room window which is cool. Felt very safe walking back at all hours of the day and night after long tennis matches. About a 1km walk to a local IGA for groceries or Woolworths, Coles and other larger IGA stores a bit further away do deliveries which is fantastic. Great to have a washing machine and the apartment was very clean.
