the guy is aggressive when handling the card. He is not happy when his working. I know you get exhausted while working but your in front office. at least be polite and be respectful. No, good evening and how are you?

“Never again, as a woman alone it was horrible”
I was travelling alone for a work function, the place was very dirty. the room smelled like rotting food. the man at reception was great, very polite he was the only saving thing for the place.
