There were an incident happened that someone tried to open my room door at 11:30 at night, maybe mistaken the room number or drunk, but the staff somehow listened to the person and use the key trying to enter the room without even checking whether it is the right room, luckily I had the manual lock on, I couldn’t imagine what would happen otherwise. Super disappointed.
