“Location was great, view was fantastic, infinity pool was worth visiting.”
The location was exceptional and the pool was a bonus. There are tram stops so close to the building that it makes commuting easy.

“The worst apartment I have ever seen in Australia - this should be black listed.”
There were a number of terrible things about this property. The Key pickup situation was beyond terrible - i waited 3 hours for this stupid key ninja service who gave me excuse after excuse to not be there with the keys. It was pouring rain at the time after a long day. The apartment was very dirty - with heavy marks all over the walls. Large stains on the floor. Damaged furniture - dirty kitchen - filthy balcony. Cupboards full of rubbish. Burn marks on the coffee table. The entire apartment stunk. After 24 hrs of the windows and balcony doors open it was just bearable. The floor was sticky and dirty and heavily marked/damaged. The fire alarm was broken and had no battery in it. The sheets were old with stains on them. Its a sublet apartment from quest and the owners are not contactable - i would guess they dont even live in Australia. The location is actually bad - the area is rough and you need to get a uber to go anywhere. This apartment looks nothing like the picture and its a nightmare. I want my money back - but good luck. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here.

“Good location but ridiculous way to collect the keys”
Location was great for event at the showgrounds but being on the tramline did mean that there was constant traffic noise even on the 13th floor!
