Fantastic location! Cozy and comfortable, it had absolutely everything we needed! Fantastic breakfast at the George cafe just 5 mins away! Perfect for Melbourne park and the city, everything within walking distance!

Everything....the building. The apartment. The cleanliness. The shower. The bed. The location. The communication. Paul has thought of everything. You literally just need to pack your clothes and that's it. It's absolutely stunning. Walked everywhere. Defintely my go to in Melbourne from now on. Very safe late at night for a woman walking alone.

Perfect location for our four day stopover in Melbourne. Everything in the studio has been thought about to make our stay comfortable. Good communication with the owner to check in. The MCG just a short 10 minute stroll, & there are good conveniences with great little cafes, restaurants, 7/11 shop, Jolimont Tram stop, Fitzroy Gardens, & a liquor store (Phil quite a character), and these all in the immediate area. The Studio was well equipped to eat in. The bed was comfy. I loved the shower pressure! Would definitely stay here again.

location is superb - we got a real treat with a fabulous autumn display on the trees. everything you need is thought of, and my goodness the water pressure is a treat - old bath that has seen better days but is perfectly fine and clean. the original features give this place character. a small kitchen that can do many things was surprisingly good.
