“Overall, sadly an unpleasant experience.”

I’ve never really wrote a negative review for a property and I feel as though a lot of the experience was out of the property managers hands, however the experience as a whole was a quite an uncomfortable one. The first thing I noticed was almost no parking close to the area whatsoever, even paid parking was incredibly hard to find for overnight anywhere walking distance. The key pick-up was a little out of the way, a bit far for anyone older than me to be walking to and from. On arrival some other residents in the building advised us that only 1 of the 3 elevators works and that has been the case for over 6 months. This resulted in having to wait sometimes upwards of 6 minutes for a simple elevator trip (usually residents would cram in as they’d be waiting also) one elevator trip we were stuck in for 5 minutes which is never a pleasant experience. We used the stairs after this (which you have to get out and go through car parks in between) we decided to visit the pool area on one occasion where we also found ourselves locked in and had to wait till someone heard us to open the door from the outside. The property is a lot smaller than the photos would have you think it is, the high table and chairs blocking the tv view from the sofa wasn’t a great touch. All in all the experience wasn’t great for us, we feel it was incredibly over priced and we checked out a night early to travel back home.
