“Little gem.”

This little gem is in a great location. Close to number 96 tram, walking distance to Ackland Street. Bakery and funky little restaurant below. The apartment itself has amazing views, even from the bed. The balcony is great. Little extras such as some nibbles and a bottle of bubbly -all Australian products. Australian made toiletries. The hosts were fantastic - very responsive and all directions were easy to follow and explained really well. Will definitely return to this gorgeous little apartment. ❤️

“Perfect views and a very well appointed apartment in a vibrant neighbourhood.”

Perfectly formed and appointed room with a balcony that has a million-dollar view of the city! Lots of little provisions like milk, cheese and crackers were waiting for us on arrival as well as some wine that we enjoyed watching the sunset. Our hosts helped us out right away when we had issues with the WiFi. A simple reboot fixed it right away.

Our hosts have thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were easy to contact on arrival as Audienz have access to internet to view my booking and were extremely helpful. They even let us know of local events happening when we were there. The apartment was beautiful with a stunning view of the city.

Lovely place to stay with great views over the city skyline and Albert Park. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained, with a sunny balcony that was nice to relax on. Excellent location close to trams, restaurants, and St Kilda Beach, with a supermarket right across the street. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and we really appreciated the included car park spot. Would happily recommend.

Magnificent view & location

The apartment had a beautiful view and was clean and modern. The hosts were very helpful.

Tea, filter coffee, wine and cheese and brekkie supplies were appreciated. The view of Melbourne and the hosts hsve really thought about everything...shopping bags for the woolies across the street, make up wipes, aeroguard you name it. Very close to trams and only $17 or $18 in a Didi to the city if you dont like the trams. Lots of restaurant options and just a stroll down to the Espy!

Gorgeous apartment very well placed on Fitzroy St, Woollies over the road for food shopping, bars and restaurants around and beach close by. Very handy for trams also. Lovely balcony. The apartment was very clean and everything was in working order. The view from the front windows towards lake Albert was awesome. We had everything we needed to make our stay smooth flowing and easily accessible. The information booklet in the room gave clear instructions and was easy to follow.

The property was in such a great location, easy to walk everywhere and with a Woolies and BWS just across the road. Really well looked after, clean, and very cute. The balcony was fabulous and sunny and the thoughtful touches were great.

Awesome apartment, view was incredible, location was awesome, close to so many great food places and the main St Kilda strip. The shower in particular was great, which is so rare!

Really lovely unit! Fantastic view. Had a really enjoyable comfortable 2 night stay. Loved the cereal and milk left for us. Although in a main road as very quiet and private.
