“Great location and friendly staff”

Great location to get out and explore from by car. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself was ok, and if it had not been for the incident during the night and then the shockingly poor lack of replies or attempt to resolve our issue, our experience of the hotel would have been very different.

The breakfast had simple things missing such as no orange juice or alternative milk. The evening bar food was bad - on the 2nd night even 1 hour before the end of service the food came out cold and uncooked and the chef was not pleasant at all. The reception staff were polite not necessarily friendly.

Nice size room, clean, easy parking, helpful staff. Easy access to the highway but also to coast.

The customer service of the front desk host Cortez he was really nice and did everything with a smile.

I did not stay at this location on this night. I have spoken with the hotel numerous times and they have waived their fee yet booking.com is charging me for a room we did not stay in. We stayed the next night and had a pleasant stay. Can you PLEASE give my money back for this one? We have been promised by 3 different people yet nothing has been done

Room was dirty (sticky remote, muddy handprint in shower). Room had water damage in ceiling that had been patched but not painted over and molding was coming loose. One main entrance was completely dark and locked up so when the Uber driver pulled up to drop me off it looked like the whole hotel was abandoned. Restaurant was closed for dinner so I had to walk to McDonalds which required walking through a dark, empty parking lot on the abandoned side of the hotel.

We can't be trusted with a breakfast buffet. Order off menu for members only, other pay extra.

Location. Very handy for Melbourne Airport. Reception staff were very polite and pleasant.

Breafast were deliciuos, we stayed 5 nights and tried almost all options, staff is very friendly , nice pool, big parking, mc donald just a minute away, comfort beds

Location just of the I95. Excellent for travellers. I asked for a very simple breakfast… staff nailed it. Very pleased! Great beds, nice bathroom. Reception staff very warm and friendly.

Timing was not good for me. Slept in late. Had to make sure the times were right. Everyday was a different time.

The rooms are a little small, but very clean and modern.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. Always with a big smile. Location was perfect, near supermarket, chopping mall and restaurants.
