rooms, Breakfast & Pool available. Other all out off service. If ask staff fully booked, actually Rooms all closed. This is only suitable for Rooms and too expansive. We expected Spa, but ending get nothing.

“It was a horrible stay from the beginning”
The 2 bedroom villa was merely them giving u all 4 villas separately. One of the bedroom is upstairs and the other room downstairs was turned into a living area WITH ZERO ATTACHMENT TO EACH OTHER. You need to get out of your room to go to the other toilet they claim they give you. We arrived after 10pm. So they have the whole day to prepare the room. The card couldn’t open the room down stairs because the door key receiver is broken. He “fixed” it which after a second try the door can’t be opened yet again. It was almost 11:30pm and I asked to just be given any other 2 room and they can stuff their villas. Initially he said he wasn’t authorized. He relented after I started raising my voice. The person assisting us to our room aka the guards, did little to assist us with the bags. Mind you, there are a lot of steps to walk up to the units. It was also raining earlier. The buggy’s seat was wet. My pants were wet from sitting on it. The bidet tap also went off the hook. The sink were quickly clogged from merely brushing my teeth

“Great Time”
Pool is Huge. Buggy service from lobby to Room Breakfast was nice. The staff are super nice. Even let me check in early since the room are ready, i arrived 30 minutes early from check in time, and just try my luck to check in, the receptionist allowed me. most of hotel quite strict about check in time. Kudos for that. The room are great. i shall book another date with longer stay next time..

The phone is not working, the phone line is not working, could not make calls or receive calls from your own phone as the line is so bad. The tv is not working( screen snowing ) despite the premium price that we have paid

“I do enjoyed my stay. It was so relaxing. It was good but just the maintenence of the rooms are poor.”
