“Perfect homestay”
This apartment is a Gem. Very friendly owner and accommodative. Location is perfect. Just above the mall and just beside river melaka. If u have kids, even better, swimming pool is kids friendly with slides etc. Apartment is perfect. 3 spacious rooms. No smell no dirt. Aircon all function well. Owner use TV box which means u can watch 10001 movies including all those in netflix movies . Most important thinf is owner is very nice. Will reply to all ur concerns. And he shares all good food in melaka too. Thanks. Definitely will come back to this apartment!

great location centralised to most of the location. conveniently located next to Melaka River with access to 24 hours convenient store and Eatery. 15-minute working distance to Jonker Walk. just to take note that some famous eartery is not operating on Wednesday and Thursday. great location to walk around.

Good location - eateries within walking distance. Easy access to the river boardwalk. Well maintained and clean apartment The owner was very good with correspondence - he was very helpful by sharing a whole list of restaurants and activities to do in the area.

The cleanest and most well maintained condo apartment stay ever had. Not a linger of muskiness in the apartment where every bit of the apartment felt new with comfortable beds, beddings, clean stenchless bathrooms and stainless sofa. Large and spacious apartment for 4 adults. The TV box was a delight. Microwave, oven and huge fridge were sparkling clean. Towels were sufficiently thick and not worn out with clean cutlery and crockery. Condo is integrated with a small mall, river cruise at the doorstep and location close to Jonker. Host was promptly responsive to questions. Awesome stay.
