Location: Strategically located next to shopping malls and Oleh-oleh Melaka where you can purchase local products and sourveniers as well good food. Facilities: Clean and modern design apartment. The place is spacious and can accomodate big families. Nice view as we are allocated at the 11th floor.

“Wonderful apartment”
The apartment is strategically located. A stone's throw from eateries and places of interest. Apartment is tastefully decorated and clean. Sean is a gracious host. Will recommend this apartment to anyone who visits Malacca.

“Marvellous and exceeded my expectations!”
Don’t be deceived by the aging look of the building since it is situated next to the closed down former Mahkota Parade Hotel. The apartment is comparable to a 5 star hotel room. Spanking clean with all the necessities that makes you feel you are at home. The city view is not obstructed and very windy. The interior is newly renovated with modern contemporary looks. The host Sean is very friendly and accommodating. He explained in detail in operating the tv, the water dispenser, lighting switches, etc. He also check on us if anything is ok and is open to suggestions on how to further improved the apartment. By far, this is the best apartment I have stayed in Malacca to date. Will definitely come back again and should you guys need an apartment to stay in Malacca, look no further. Highly recommended and thank you Sean for the great hospitality.

“Comfortable and Spacious Place”
Rooms were spacious, clean and new. Very close to shopping malls. Very friendly check-in and check out process. Would be more economical for larger groups with the large living room and facilities.
