The friendliness of the staff members

I felt like I'd been scammed. I booked through Booking.com at a certain price, but when I arrived, the receptionist told me they were charging a different price for the room and gave me euros at a rate not the standard Moroccan bank rate. I wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately, the hotel was unprofessional and overpriced compared to the room and the website. I later discovered there are hotels that are half price, cleaner, and exchange euros at the same rate as Moroccan banks. It was a terrible experience. I don't understand why you can book through Booking.com, pay upfront, and then when you arrive, the price changes and an exorbitant amount is added. It was a bad experience, and I don't recommend it.

Location, friendly staff

Avoid staying in.its very very noisy the bar upstairs and the night club downstairs. We couldn't sleep all night.Tried to get a refund for one night. But the manager Aziz ignored my request even if showed me on booking that I can cancel anytime. The rest of the staff was very helpful. So if u looking to get a good sleep avoid this hotel.

“Best Hotel in Meknes”

The service was exceptional from syeda and Kamar on the front desk to Zuhar who was polite and always there to assist. Room.was clean, WiFi was very good. There are smart tv's so you could connect your phone to watch stuff. Location was perfect. A very great experience overall. Thank you Hotel Volubilis.

Extremely helpful staff who helped me out of à problem. Hôtel is well situated. There is a taxi rznk just behind it and you can explore old Meknès using this hôtel as a base. Nice breakfast.

“Not value for money and unable to get a good nights rest.”

Television did not work and could not be fixed. Night club in the hotel made too much noise and was kept awake for all 4 nights until it shut at 04:00 hrs in the morning. The lifts were very noisy all night and I was only on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was limited and repetitive. All in all a complete waste of money and would not recommend this hotel.

The working staff is amazing persons. They have enthusiastic and polite,most important beautiful receptionists ,Kamal,Saida,Sarah,Khawtar. And good guy Adil. Also the Tangine is good.Will try more next time City center,recommended
