“Perfect”
The reception was excellent. The staff were very professional, friendly, and always available. The room was spotless and well-prepared — you can clearly see the great work done by the housekeeping team. I also appreciated the presence of the security agent, who was respectful and attentive.

The staff were helpful when we needed change for the room. The escalators in good condition at least,the balcony is a great addition to the room just overlooking old abandoned houses. Proximity is fairly okay depends on how fit one is.

Staff speaks English perfectly. When I asked to change room because of noise from the street, they did it right away. Walking distance from historical center. Soft mattress.

The views from the upper windows! Floor to ceiling balcony doors make room bright. To sit on the balcony watching 100s of Egret birds fly past to roost in a nearby field at sunset and listening to the Call to Prayer was amazing. the staff were friendly. it was exciting to open the curtains in the morning and sit on the balcony watching the world go by. The breakfasts were varied and delicious- offering Moroccan food or croissants etc if you prefer. it’s a 5 minute taxi ride from the Medina and only 8dh. it’s a welcome break from the hustle and bustle and darker rooms of some Riads.
