“Perfect place to get lost from the busy life”

The owner offered to pick us up by car at the port even though our ferry arrived very late. She drove us to the appartment and even let us choose an appartment. We were there on April, which is an amazing month for our needs - mild teperatures for hiking, everything in full bloom and no tourists. The place is an amazing oasis in the middle of their gardens and almost at the Eristos beach. The appartment has all you need for couple of days of selfsustained living.

Great location just 200m from the beach. Not much around but perfect to enjoy some chill days working remotely from the apartment and taking breaks on the sandy beach. The restaurant is also really good

Communication with the hosts was smooth right from the time of the booking. The place is cca. 8 km from the port in Livadia, the hosts were kind to pick us up when we arrived in the port and drive us back when we left early in the morning. The apartment we stayed at is huge, cleaned every day and has a well-equipped kitchen. The place is very quiet, and its garden is just wonderful. It also has its own cozy, shady, grape arbor covered tavern run by the hosts, the food is great, our favorites were Dakos salad and Imam’s aubergine. Eristos Beach is only a few-minute walk from the place. The place has a mini market as well. To sum up, we definitely recommend Nitsa’s Apartments for everyone to stay at. During our stay, i.e. in the last third of June, Eristos Beach was quiet and practically empty, which we really enjoyed. The capital of the island, Megalo Chorio, which is a nice small village with the medieval castle of the island above it at the top of a hill, is at walking distance. The dwarf elephant museum and Agios Petros Beach can also be reached on foot. To visit the other settlements of the island, i.e. Livadia and Agios Antonios (and the abandoned village, Mikro Chorio), you can use the local bus which has a stop around hundred meters from the place. If you don’t like to walk or hike much, you may need to rent a scooter or a car if you want to visit other great places that are located in this part of the island, e.g. the Monastery of Agios Panteleimon, Skafi Beach and Plaka Beach. Tilos is absolutely worth visiting, this was the third year in a row we spent our summer holidays on the island.

Excellent stay. Proximity to the beach. Very quiet. Giorgeos and all the personnel extremely friendly.

very friendly family, felt at home. I was. picked up from the ferry at 3.25am!! and got for the rest of the night already the room. Actually, it was a huuuge apartment. Nitsa's has a beautiful garden with palm tree and flowers, situated 5minutes away from very interesting Eristos Beach. part of it is a nude beach. there is a bus which brings you to other parts of Tilos at the beach. also a small kantine and kind of cafe. food at Nitsa's was amazing.
