The house is wonderful, very comfortable, very clean, very well equipped. It’s very charming, has 2 beautiful balconies with view on the sea. It’s in a good location. Maria is very friendly and welcoming. She is also very helpful. Thank you for everything.

A wonderful apartment to stay in, with everything you could possibly need. All the bathroom essentials for personal care and hygiene — even a first aid kit and a hot water bottle. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking your own meals. There was a bottle of wine, a small bottle of ouzo, and a plate of homemade cake baked by Maria. What a warm welcome. We were picked up from the harbour. Excellent service. Good communication.

Maria met our boat on arrival and took us to the house where she lives downstairs. There was a lovely view out west of the sun setting over the bay. The view the other side of abandoned cars on a patch of wasteland was less attractive!

Wonderful place, close to the harbour (15 min walk or 10 min by bike - you can rent a bike at Konstantinos bike shop by the harbour of Mili -) and the little town of Megalochori. You have a beautiful view on the sea with 2 balconies facing the sea from 2 different angles. The house is fantastic, super well equipped and comfortable. Maria, the owner sister who lives next door will welcome you and make you feel home. She is so kind and will help you if you need anything. The owner is wonderful too and will reply very fast if you have any questions. I can’t wait to be back to that paradise. Thank you so much again for everything!

It was beautiful with the two balconies, especially with the one that has most of the time sun. The kitchen was exceptionally good equipped. The contact with Maria and her English speaking friend in advance was very helpful and good.

First of all, Maria has an exceptional attitude towards her guests. Besides the warm welcome, she provided us with all the information about the island - interesting places, tavernas, supermarket, etc. Since this was my birthday, Maria brought a delicious cake from Aegina - so kind! There were also other supplies in the kitchen, including 2 different coffee machines. Speaking of that, this house is so well equipped, that you feel like home since you find most of the things you cannot take in the hand luggage. Maria has just thought of every small detail. And as time goes on, we reach to the sunset point - just amazing. You can relax on the terraces enjoyng the view and listening to the sea - absolute serenity especially at night. In conclysin, if you see this place available, look no further, book it while it is free!

“The best island holiday!”

Maria is just wonderful and she made sure the smallest of details were seen to. We had a magnificent stay!

The location is very close to the port of Mili, in a very quiet area and close to the village center of Megalochori. If you rent a bike it will be very easy to go from the house to all the places and beaches. The house is very comfortable and the deco is made with taste and the sense of details. There are 2 balconies facing the sea with a beautiful view and a sense of quiet. There are 2 rooms, one with 2 single bed and one with a double bed. The beds are very comfortable. Maria welcomed us when we arrived. She is very kind and very helpful. We forgot some belongings and she made her best so we could find a solution to have them back. As there wasn’t any guest after us, we could have a late departure and enjoy the whole afternoon until our ferry. I really recommend this place in Agistri. It’s pure haven of peace. Thanks again for this wonderful stay.

Before talking about the accommodation, I would like to pay tribute to our host, Maria. She was kind, helpful and caring beyond words. She was always checking on us, spoiling us with treats and making sure we had all we needed and more. The house is in a beautiful setting, you can see and hear the sea and enjoy stunning sunset from the balcony. You can enjoy silence and quietness while having all you need at walking distance: supermarket 10 min walk, bus stop 5 min, Skala -the main port- 30 min. The house was spotless, with everything you could ever dream of, it really felt like home. We were there in August, the busiest period of the year, and still we could relax and avoid the crowd. Agkistri is a beautiful island but we definitely owe to Maria and her place the unforgettable time we had there.

“Many wonderful memories!”

We were very fortunate to be able to stay at Maria’s Sunset House! It is a delightful home in a quiet and beautiful location on the edge of the village, and it has all the amenities you could want, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. There is a balcony and terrace overlooking the sea, and the sunsets are indeed beautiful. Maria is a wonderful host, we arrived to find wine and treats waiting for us, we had homemade cake and on one occasion, a yummy cocktail! The location is very handy to two good supermarkets and a number of nice restaurants, not to mention the local bakery, all within walking distance. We were very sorry to leave Maria’s!
