Built on a hillside amidst olive trees, Stathi's House is located in the area of Agia Kali, 3 km from the port and main town of Skiathos. Guests will enjoy unobstructed views of the mountains and the Aegean Sea from the balconies. Divided in 2 levels, the house consists of 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a spacious living room with fireplace. An LCD TV and 2 bathrooms are also included. “Very nice house, spectacular view ideal for family of 6 people; you get all you need”
we had self catering; the house is on a hill with a stunning and spectacular view over Skiathos town overlooking the east island. It was very clean and nice to stay and we felt from the beginning very comfortable. Sitting outside on the big balcony watching the sun rise and in the evening the city lights was an amazing experience. The owner was very nice and friendly and was reachable if we needed anything. The beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi internet was fast.

“Perfect”
Perfect view over the city, big house, clean, everything you need. The host was incredible! Highly recommend to pick this location! If you worry about the road let me tell you that I managed to go there without trouble in a volkswagen polo (manual transmission) with 4 adults in it. But you do have to know how to drive a car properly.

The house is gorgeous, and the hosts are really great. We were picked up at the harbour and guided to the house, they came every day to clean and provide fresh towels and stuff. This was the only house we found with three *real* bedrooms (usually a couch in the livingroom often is stated as "bed"), there is a very well equipped kitchen, so actually we felt as "at home" as in our own home ;) Be prepared though, that the house is quite up the hills, an all-wheel driven car really helps. We had a regular front-driven car, but the drive was quite adventurous with it
