“Nice little place”
Small, but well equipped appartment with own entrance in an otherwise traditional one family house. The owner lives in the same building. All new, nicely decorated and equipped with all the essentials. Bedroom and bathroom have a good size. The combined kitchen/entry/living room is rather small, but practical. Nice bonus is the little balcony to the front with 2 chairs and a little table. Quiet neighbourhood. The motorway in the back-side of the house is close by but created surprisingly little noise.

Apartment is actually part of family house which offers more than enough space for 1-2 people. Nice surroundings. Sound proof windows isolate perfectly from nearby highway. Space to park a car in front of the house.
