This is the perfect remote place if you want to get lost in the nature. The surrounding are beautiful. The host and his familly are really nice and welcoming.

Nestled in the midst of the most enchanting surroundings, this accommodation offers breathtaking views in a remote village with incredibly warm and lovely people. The owner's kindness was evident as they took time to engage in pleasant conversations. The food provided was delicious, adding to the overall positive experience.

The hosts were very helpful all the time. They already tried their best so that we get the directions/catch the buses. Fortunately, we didn't get the last bus from Hunnasgiriya at 16:40, so we took a Tuk-Tuk for the local price (5000 lkr) and had the best Tuk-Tuk drive ever to Meemure. We had the hut for us, the second room was not occupied. The hut, made out of clay, was rustic but very cute and clean. We got so much and such amazing Sri Lankian food for breakfast, lunch and dinner (lunch and dinner cost extra 500 lkr per person and meal). Homegrown rice and currys, noodles, roti etc. Bathroom is an extra small room close to the hut. The two dogs of the hosts were really cute and "secured" our hut at night ;) The view on to the mountains and the small pool in front of the hut with frogs completed the great stay in Meemure. Meemure was one highlight of our trip, such beautiful nature there and great food.

Incredible experience!!! Nice ECO house, nice place with súper views when u wake up, full family are súper nice with happy mood! House was clean and matress confortable. SARAHD AND HIS FAMILY WAS VERY HELPFULL ALL THE TIME! They Cook for you, the breakfast, lunch and dinner :) nice and tasty food! SARADH is a super guide! Iamo Iamo hionday hionday
