“Perfect place for a family vacation.”
Super friendly and helpful host. Few min walking to the beach, but still away from the evening noise. Restaurants, bars, bakery and a small supermarket just in the near. Everything clean and relatively new. Ideal for families. Kamenjak and Pula is just really close to visit, otherwise you park the car in the garden, and leave it there for your stay.

Beautiful, cozy and clean Only 150 m from the waterfront promenade, very clean and really comfortable for families. Nicely renovated house with a large garden and parking in the yard. You have a charcoal grill, a terrace and a place to rest and sunbathe. The host Igor is pleasant and simple. We will be back.

“Perfect. Lots of attention and care went into preparing this vacation oasis.”
The location couldn't be better. The apartment is close to everything, but with a big yard surrounding this cute home, you have privacy and serenity. We didn't have time to BBQ, but all of the supplies are there. You can tell that a lot of care went into providing a great holiday house.

A cute house that looks even prettier than in the photos. Very smart refurbishment of a typical stone house. The landlord is so kind and helpful. The garden is spaceous and nicely set.

“Great for families”
Traditional Istrian stone house completely renewed in modern style. Whole place is cozy and great for families. Super location, everything is at walk distance. Landlord Igor is nice, uncomplicated and welcoming. We will be back for shure ;)

Beautiful and comfortable house with garden, terrace, barbecue and parking in the yard. Ideal for holidays with children. You are basically in the very center of Medulin, everything is at your fingertips, so you don't have to use a car to get to the waterfront, the main square, the beach, promenades by the sea, restaurants and bars. Although it is located in the center, it is surrounded by a fence and a wall so that you have your privacy. The house has been newly renovated in a modern antique style and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The host is hospitable, helpful and simple. We will return to Laurus Garden.
