For such price, it is luxurious, spacious, tasteful, comfortable, equipped with everything you can think of. Such a short walk from the beach, too. Loved it. The small gravel yard within the fence wall was just enough for our 3 cars.

The equipment in the house was very nice, the layout of the rooms was great! It was very clean. We spent a very nice holiday.
