We’ve just come back from our vacation, and this year vacation we spent in a wonderful place in a small city of Medulin right next to Pula, Croatia. For our stay we chose Boutique Hotel Chevalier by Bura Hotels and this wonderful place completely met our expectations, - excellent service, wonderful and extremely clean apartments, thanks to cleaning lady from Ukraine - Iryna, btw. we’re Ukrainians as well and it was an extreme pleasure to meet someone from our motherland. The place is truly luxurious and quiet, and it’s surrounded by extremely rich nature and beautiful landscapes. Moreover, super attentive staff, who pays attention to details, - literally, hotel workers were treating us as representatives of the royal family, hostess Anna is a wonderful lady, - always on hand and ready to help, extremely friendly and smiling all the time, her approach towards guests is so professional and I’ve never seen such professionalism before, even though I’ve been to many other places worldwide. She was always asking if we need anything, was offering towels while we were on the pool, and she’s an amazing Aperol maker. Deep appreciation and huge thanks to this beautiful lady. Guys who were performing technical tasks in a hotel also were extremely polite and friendly. Speaking about this hotel and the service, smile just automatically appears on my face and I would highly recommend everybody to visit this mesmerising place. That’s truly luxury approach and unforgettable experience of mine and my lovely mammy. Also, I would like to add that room service staff - Iryna was changing towels all the time, she’s also extremely friendly and it was a pure pleasure talking with her, coffee in Chevalier is exceptionally great, - freshly brewed and so tasty with rich aroma. We had a fantastic time at this property. Everything was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Exceptional hospitality! We highly recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was excellent, very helpful and accommodating.

We only stayed for one night, but would have liked to stay longer. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was well equipped and clean with a comfortable bed.There was a very nice swimming pool with plenty of room to relax outside. It was good to have a parking space on the premises.

The moment we walked in it felt like such a relaxing, warm, clean and welcoming place. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, in the jacuzzi and the delicious snacks and breakfast. We really liked the fact that it’s a boutique hotel with few rooms, it made the experience feel more personal and relaxed. Everywhere we went it also smelled amazing and the cleanliness was flawless. The service is incredible. Recommend 10/10!

“Beautiful Hotel with the best hosts Mateo and Momo”

Our stay at this hotel was for my husbands 60th birthday 🎂 and it was amazing 👏 Mateo and Momo where so attentive and worked really hard to make our stay special They even bought a cake for my husband. The pool and pool area was lovely and peaceful. I would live to stay at this hotel again. The surrounding area of Medulin has also a little to offer. So far our favourite spot in Croatia

I can only praise it! I can recommend it to everyone. The hotel is located in the best spot for us, close to everything. As soon as we stepped into the hotel, I knew this was the perfect place for us to relax. Extremely clean and fragrant. 10 + 1 stars 😁 The outdoor pool area is designed perfectly for relaxation. All our wishes were fulfilled, and they even brightened our days with small surprises. A big thank you once again to Mateo, Momo, and the lovely lady from the kitchen (unfortunately, we don’t know her name, and we apologize). When we return to Medulin, we will stay only here. “Perfection”

Everything was perfect. The room was nice and clean and the staff was super nice. Whenever we went to the pool in front of the hotel they brought us free snacks. They helped with anything and were always available. Definitely would recommend to anyone that wants a peaceful stay.

“Realxing adults only hotel with great staff!”

We really liked the hotel! It was very chill and quiet, clean and the location is good! Just few minutes to supermarkets and resturants! Pool and sunbathing area was perfect and room was good! Slept like a baby. Matteo and Momo are the two guys that run the hotel and they do it perfectly!, always treating us with surprice snacks - Thanks guys!

Address was incorrect and hotel impossible to find. Staff aloof and a really weird vibe. Seemed like hotel was not actually open. Pool was green and unuasble. They staff were apologetic and knew the address was wrong. Offered at alternative hotel to stay in.

The hotel was really comfortable quiet and clean, a nice place to relax in. The vibe of the hotel is a bit private and respectful. Room was exactly as described on booking. The balkony was the best feature! Amazing start of the day.
