“Terrible experience, way overpriced, everything broken, moldy and sketchy.”
The staff were not helpful, We booked this property for a place to relax in a hot tub and where the kids could have pancakes and swim as a stop along a long drive. The hottub was broken down, the pancake machine was broken down, there was a wire coming out of the pool with a light sitting on the edge and a caution sign. There were mouse traps everywhere, black mould in the tub and a concerning welcome list creating us upon entry. The coffee cups and stir sticks reaked like old man deodorant, I couldn't even drink my coffee.When I told them about the black mold they said oh ok we will get maintenance to look into that, no offer for discount and still haven't received my damage deposit back 4 days later.

“It was a great stay.”
We came in very late at night and the lady that checked us in-Afisia- was very pleasant, despite the time of the day. The hotel should give her some extra credits. She was very helpful with us settling in. Also, I love that they have the room spacious enough and with enough beds to sleep my family of 6. It's always hard to find such hotels.
