Close to the road, too noisy to sleep at night. Rooms are not cleaned daily, garbage bags and towels are not changed daily.

“It was great for the Valium but should definitely have more options for breakfast”
My only complaint would have been the grab and go breakfast. Did not know that was going to be it and had to leave and go to somewhere else to have breakfast

“Disappointed”
There was no breakfast. When I checked in I asked about breakfast and was told it’s grab and go starting at 6am. I went down at 7am and there was only orange juice, apple juice and coffee. The counters were a mess and someone spilled coffee on the lobby floor in several areas and in the elevator.

“good”
I like the comfort of the room and the carpet in there. Many hotels are switching to hardwood floors....easier to maintain and replace. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. Quick and easy process.

I was sitting at the lounge waiting for my pick up and was shocked to see the entrance door left opened and a very strong and cold breeze was coming in so much that I was feeling very cold where I sat. I got up to shut the door and was in a most rudely and in a very cold manner told by the receptionist not to shut the door, even though I was cold, because and according to her, "the owner of the hotel wanted the door opened". So it meant my comfort as a customer didn't matter to the "owner" or receptionist. So very bad an experience.
