Owner was so helpful. Flight cancelled so close to the airport at last minute. Organised a take away and transport back to airport for me . Lovely sheets and netflix!!!

We arrived late at night, and the staff kindly arranged an affordable taxi to pick us up from the airport, which made everything so easy. The next morning, we decided at the last minute to check out early and join a tour. Despite the short notice, the owner was incredibly flexible—he helped us get in touch with the tour company and even ensured we reached the starting point smoothly. The room was very clean, the hot shower was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. We truly appreciated the staff’s thoughtful and attentive support—it made our stay truly memorable.

We needed to stay close to the airport so that was good. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The family room was very spacious and beds very comfortable. Cold bottled water was available. Many towels available and airco was working very efficiently. Toiletries were available.

Really great owner, we just arrived and the transfer worked perfectly despite the unsocial time of night! He gave us all the information we needed, helped us get organised with a hire car and even located us at a quieter room as a big crowd was coming in. Having this kind of support in a new country is invaluable and breakfast was also amazing! Thanks Saleh for all your help! Mbweni is also a cute place to land when first arriving - don’t miss the Wooden Spoon restaurant, great food, drinks and views plus they take credit cards 😊

Beautiful setting under the shade of the heat. Local Produce of honey, Tea, Jam all served with a huge smile. There is something magical having a beautiful breakfast sitting with the owner (he is such a really nice man) So laid back made us feel so welcome. Enjoy it all.

Property was great location for the airport and staff were friendly and helped us organise a transfer to airport.

“One night stop over before safari”

We were picked up at the airport by a driver that we requested in advance. He took us to the property where we were met by the owner. The room was very large whith a huge bed. He was very nice and explained everything to us. We did not enjoy the breakfast as we were picked up very early the next morning for our safari trip. The location was great very close to the airport and very secure as there was a gard at the gate.

“One night in Stone town”

Very handy for the airport. AC, kettle and tea/coffee. Clean, spacious room,; basic but with everything you need. There's even a pool. The owner is super friendly and he personally took us to the airport and provided us with a local guide.

The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property is in a great location, especially if you need to be near the airport.

This place is close to the airport but in a quiet neighbourhood, 5-10 mins from the beach and beach restaurant. The manager is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating - was lovely chatting on the terrace. Thank you for the coconuts! Breakfast great.
