“Mountain Escape.”
It’s was at nice spot with brilliant view to a mountain ridge of Mount Elgon. Very quiet and very friendly staff.

Friendly, relaxed and efficient staff - wonderful. Nice location, garden, pool, views. Has been described elsewhere as faded colonial style and we liked it.

“Price too high”
The description in booking indicates it is a 4 stars hotel while the hotel doesn’t seem to have any star at all. The quality of the room was ok, but everything else does definitely not live up to the standards of a 4stars hotel. Besides the description says that they won’t charge your bank account and only take its details for verification purposes. This is not the case: without any authorization they charged me the full amount. The room was clean, but the jacuzzi in the wellness center was dirty and the gym has really few machinery which you can use. All in all, the place may be ok but definitely not a 4 stars or high quality hotel and the price is really tooooo high compared to the services that it offers.

I liked everything apart from the price. But I guess that applies to almost every classy hotel.
