Pool was good size and a kids pool. The room commodities were so good: internet, smart TV with cable TV, a spectacular ocean view and a big bathroom with warm water. The clean services was excellent. At lobby the personal explain me all details for a comfortable stay.

Water for the shower was only lukewarm, there are no fridges in the room, or ice makers on the floors. Pillows are tiny and very lumpy.

Very pleasant, clean with friendly staff. Secure parking was nice suprise. Breakfest was excellent. Otherwise we are definitely staying there next time. 😍

loved the balcony, it needs a little table out there. The lights on the balcony should have a switch so that the occupant can be the user. The bathroom could use some more hooks, and the room could use a suitcase holder... The breakfast was fresh and very local. Great fruit bar with natural yoghurt and granola.

Wheh we arrived, a desk clerk named Antonio told us, in a rude and ungracious manner. that we couldn`t check in because the system was down and we would have to wait about an hour. He didn`t even invite us to wait in the lobby, rather than sit out in our car, but we did so anyway. After about an hour, he went off duty without even looking at us and, apparently, without telling the newly arrived desk clerk about us. When my companion saw him leave, he once again approached the desk and we were immediately checked in. We stay at this hotel several times a year and have never before been treated this way.
